Dogs
Perhaps it is contagious. Perhaps it is a trend. Nonetheless it seems that everyone is getting a dog. Eli and Susie have Miso. Ray and Alice have Lucy. Elisa and Michelle have Teddy. The Shives have Rudy. Hyun has Pommy. Henry has Brownie. Paul keeps telling me he wants us to get a dog when we get married. I keep telling him we should wait at least six months after our wedding date before embarking on such an adventure. There are several potential breeds of dogs on our wish list right now. One is a Labrador – loyal, faithful, gentle, and smart. I personally love Alaskan Huskies – known for their stamina, strength, and speed, but also gentle, playful, intelligent and mischevious. The most recent dog we fell in love with is one that we met at the Daffodil Park in Running Springs, California – a Shiba Inu – beautiful, lively, affectionate, and courageous. Isn't she gorgeous?

Don't Do It! It's more trouble then it's worth!!! Trust me! Actually, maybe having dogs BEFORE having kids would've prevented us from having SO MANY KIDS!!! Who Knows!
Anyhow, kiddings aside, we fell in love with and adopted a dog from the shelter... originally Lizzy's idea. She wanted to give a home to a dog who would otherwise be... well... you know... meet his Creator, prematurely! ;)
you should get the Shiba Inu...he looks very tasty.
hahaha I love that picture of Rudy!!! He's all "yeah, this is the life!" ^_^ If you get a dog I hope Lucy gets to meet him/her!
